How we did it:
This client came to me when they found their traffic dropped quite suddenly after a website migration that was being handled by another SEO agency.
I diagnosed that poor handling of the migration was the cause of this drop and set out a recovery plan.
Not only did I recover the performance of the site, it massively outperformed the previous site, and all this was achieved in a matter of months.
What work was done?
This involved a lot of investigation and analysis work to stem the traffic loss.

- Implementing redirects
After I started seeing signs of recovery, the strategy switched to:

- Site speed & Core Web Vital optimisations
- Revamp of PDP and PLPs with SEO best practices
- Updating sales copy
This was achieved with a project fee of £7000.
